It was a smooth process, I was happy with the overall experience!

Let me start by saying that this is the third new construction home I have purchased from a National homebuilder. I can tell you that there were things that went wrong along the way, but buying from a family owned private homebuilder makes all the difference in the world. The people are trustworthy, the company cares and they make things right if things go wrong. That and the neighbors and the friendships in this community are unlike anything you are going to find anywhere else. I would live in a tent to be around these people. I bet everyone would still bring wine over and offer to help me hang my rain cover! ... More

It all started the day we step into the office to view the models. That day we found our dream home. The ladies in the office are experts and enjoy helping the customer’s. LeAnne, Ramona and Donna go the extra mile to assist, and answer all the questions Once the build process started we were blessed to get Peter as out field manager Peter is excellent and provides exceptional customer service. Currently we are under the warranty process working with Athea She provides superb assistance. When we started our build process, all we heard from others people that previously build home was what a nightmare the build process was, but obviously they did not build with Shea and their amazing staff! Shea did a good job of including me in the building process from the very beginning. They kept me informed about each step and encouraged me to stop by and see what was happening so they could explain why they were doing what they were. They were an open book. I didn't have to hound them for information. If I had questions they were quick to answer them. The team I worked with was fantastic. I can't say enough good things about the people involved in the building of my home.

I am very satisfied for service

I have purchased homes before and had huge punch lists. Didn't have hardly any thing to fix. The quality, attention to detail, the finishing touches were all amazing. Working with every one was just as amazing. My real estate agent, Misti, I would not have gotten the house without her. The builder supervisor, David Burns, was equally outstanding. Kept me up to date on the process and every time I needed him, or had a question, he was there. Sometimes immediately. I LOVE LOVE LOVE my new home.

Unfortunately it took 19 months for home to be completed for a variety of reasons some avoidable and some unavoidable delays. The field personnel at Shea are customer focused, knowledgeable , and competent. Sales staff not so great. Completed home is actually very high quality.

We have had a very good experience so far with our new Shea Home.

We had a great experience building our dream home - from our initial visit with the sales office and Tammy to the design center with Tana and Shelitha to our super James and the warranty specialist Dan - every request was answered - we were kept up to date with the construction - photos of every step - when Dan came for our 30 day review - we had three (3) items - all were taken care of immediately and to our satisfaction - we could not be happier with out new home

From start to finish, Lynda and Paula took very good care of us, keeping us updated on the progress of our new home build. Brad also did a great job and explained any questions we had and then when Matthew took over he stepped up and did a great job as well. Shea has a great team and we were truly impressed by them all. Our new home is wonderful and we have had very few issues and those we did have were either already corrected or on a list to be corrected. Very happy and satisfied customers!

The process was smooth and easy. Everyone that we talked to that was with Shea Homes was so professional. And they really do love working with Shea. Service is phenomenal and they respond so quickly to anything.
