After previously buying 2 new homes over many years, this was by far the best experience with Shea Homes. Everyone we came into contact with was highly professional and respectful. Every detail was documented. There were minimal issues when we took delivery of our home. Very high quality materials and workmanship. Would highly recommend buying a home from Shea.

We had a great experience with Shea homes. From the very beginning we felt part of the process, and enjoyed watching our home come to life. From the lot pick, to the upgrades and the design process we were walked thru with ease. The office representatives Bernadette and Josh were there to answer questions, and alot of them. The builders were very attentive to our concerns. Joe made sure to follow thru on our concerns through the entire process. The final walk thru, and monthly was also made very easy with Gary. We're SO happy that Shea built our home in 3 Roots! Shea faced many challenges given the labor shortage and supply market and still managed to complete our home in less than a year. Everything was executed fantastically. Coming from a construction family, I can truly say they built a solid home. I'm very impressed. The Shea team – everyone including the construction crew, realtors, and design center – were terrific to work with: polite, professional, quick to respond, and empathetic. Our closing date got pushed out because SDG&E didn't have our gas/electric setup, so every day from the original closing date to the new/future closing date Shea covered our hotel and meals ($40pp/day)! Once we closed, they included a housewarming gift of wine glasses from William Sonoma! It was such a nice surprise. We recently purchased a home built by Shea Homes. They were very professional, and have gone above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction with the process. They have responded to every small punch list item in a timely fashion and have taken care of everything. My in-laws purchased a home through Shea and they also had a seamless experience. The home was built on time, and it is clear they care about their customers and their work. The value was very good in comparison to what else was on the market. We would buy a Shea Home again.

I would recommend Shea Homes any day. Compared to friends and family who have recently built with other builders in the area, our experience has been second to none. In every aspect I have felt respected and well-communicated with. They have truly gone above and beyond to make this home our dream home. And after we closed their customer service has been truly AMAZING!!! Our Superintendent sent at least two text updates a week with photos of our home. They answered my myriad of questions and made me feel involved with the process. 11/10 would recommend!!

We had the best Shea Homes experience from start to finish. Upon move in, we had a white glove service to set up all our smart appliances and devices in the home. Everyone that we worked with during the process was caring, friendly, knowledgeable and always willing to assist. Even after purchase, the Shea experience is like none other. A mixer was held for all of the owners, including those that are waiting to close. They go the extra mile to build a neighborhood. It goes beyond the closing. Thank you to everyone on the Shea Homes team. I would definitely recommend these builders.

I am very happy with my home buying experience with Shea homes. The sales team Mac, Dave and Helen were always professional and helpful. I worked with Mac for the entire 2-year process and he was always helpful and patient. Mindy in the design studio was very knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with, she was truly trying to help rather than sell options (Not the experience I had with a previous builder). VaSean(sp) was helpful during the build phase. Corey was helpful during the acceptance phase. He and his team found more items to correct than I did. They were very thorough and I appreciate that. Connor has been very helpful and responsive during the warranty phase. Logan did a great job setting up the Wi-Fi and smart features in the home. From the first visit with the sales manager to the walk through with the specialist the experience was exceptional. All aspects of the purchase were of the highest quality. All people interacted with were super professional making sure at all times that we were completely aware of progress. I would highly recommend the Shea experience to any potential buyers.

After moving in, we had questions and requests for the Shea representatives. Jessica, Josalyn and Froy responded promptly and followed up to see that everything was handled appropriately! We appreciate the quality of the home, really just a couple of very minor items were needed after move in. We are comparing it to another new home we recently purchased where we had corrective work being done for months after we moved in. So the Shea home really is superior to other builders.

We had a great experience from the beginning when we met Alan. He was courteous, professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. He was always available to answer any questions throughout the process. We are also very pleased with the warranty dept in making sure everything was done to our satisfaction. We give kudos to Joel and Alexis for their hard work. I definitely recommend Shea homes for their beautiful custom homes and customer service.

Shea is a very organized production builder. We were very pleased throughout the sales and building process. They have excellent follow up through their warranty program as well.

Shea Homes has been wonderful

The best thing Shea has done is hire Kim and Earl. They are the epitome of customer service and are the backbone of Shea homes in Cane Island. Kim is literally an encyclopedia of everything there is to know about Shea and their floorplans. She has the most amazing memory and the brightest smile. Earl has got to be one of the hardest working individuals in this company. After living in the new house for over a month now, I see Earl going around all the homes to be finished as early as 7am all the way past 7pm some nights. He is so good at his job. Always follows up with whatever I may have asked him. Always treats me and my family with kindness and professionalism. I initially went to Coventry (the other builder of the section) to shop their homes and tried to tour their models/builds. Tina, their salesperson, hates working past 6pm and complained outwardly to me on two separate occasions. I am self employed working 7 days a week till 5:30 every day. My 25 minute commute gives me 5 minutes to view homes and talk options? God forbid I have to keep her an extra 15 minutes past her work hours all while she potentially could have made some good money if I bought Coventry. Well I didn't. I suppose the housing market was so strong, she wouldn't care if I bought one of their houses or not. That's okay, because the next day, I walked in to Shea's model home and met Kim for the first time. She was more than happy to stay late to discuss their homes. Don't get me wrong, Shea has beautiful homes, but Kim was a huge reason we went with Shea. Our last home was a Lennar build and that was a disaster I wouldn't wish my worst enemy to endure. Made it easy to buy took a bit long to built but its ok

Tina, Travis, Cody, Weston, James, Brooke, Julie and Marci were professional, nice, knowledgeable and very responsive. I have not one complaint. My home is beautiful and actually even better than I imagined. The floor plan is innovative and functions well. The build is sound and the choice of finishes made it difficult to stay on a budget which is very typical for me to struggle to stay within budget. The standard/included features are a cut above what other builders offer. The Canyons is an amazing community and I feel grateful to be able to live in such a great place. Entire process from beginning to end was smooth. They kept us informed abd did constant walk throughs. We had a great project field manager to help us on our home. If you are considering buying a shea home, it will be worth the money, time, and a quality home!
