All the staffs are very nice and approachable, I do feel like the designer can be more communicative on the time window and options. We took our time to pick the color etc only to find out we have one chance to quote bc of time. The font of my house was also not completely painted, since the walkthrough come in from garage, I didnt see it during the walkthrough, but after I reported to the builder, they were able to resolve it without any issue. I’ve been in the Real Estate business for over 30 years as a broker in Chicago and Shea really exceeded my expectations! We built this home long distance and the experience was a pleasure from contract to closing. Everyone involved put forth exceptional effort to make sure that our home was delivered in a timely manner with few issues that we addressed immediately. Our home is beautiful and we love it! The entire Shea Homes team is so great. We first met the sales team, and they provided all the information we wanted to learn about the new development in the Dunes community. We had looked for new house development for a while in several other places and their introduction of the Beach House caught our interest right away. They have been very helpful during the purchasing process. They are very responsive and professional. During the house building process, we met the building team. They are very knowledgeable and professional. During the Frame Walk, they were very patient, showing us all the details of the house framework and answering our questions. At the time of final delivery phase, we met the warranty manager who is super nice, helpful, and professional. In addition to patiently and clearly explain all the details of the new house and warranty policy, he went above and beyond to help fix some small problems we found in the house and answer our questions with clarity and precision. We actually learned a lot from him. We really appreciated his responsiveness and patience as he has been very busy with so many houses closing at the same time. For example, one of our living room windows had a problem closing after a few days, we contacted him, and he immediately called the team for window installation and fixed the problem right away. We were also very impressed by the technical competence of the window installation team. They were able to quickly identify the problem and fix it in a few minutes. Our experience with Shea Homes was exceptional. Everyone was kind, helpful, professional and made us feel welcomed. We definitely recommend them.

When it came time to select our model and features, Harmony staff were exceptionally helpful. On request, they found examples of other homes with same model and similar features, took pictures, and sent us the photos in real time, which greatly aided us in making our selections.

The Shea home building experience was really good..On the construction side Josh, Matt and Jorge were excellent and on the sales side Catherine was great too. The building process is fun and stressful all at the same time. After the sale the Shea people have a 1,5 and 11 month warranty walk through and Brandon takes care fall issues that were missed prior to closing, just as it should be, service after the sale how refreshing in this world we live in today.

Sales team are very helpful and made our buying experience perfect for our new home. Great service by the home warranty team.

The purchase of the home went very smoothly and picking out our amenities was easy. The only negative about the whole experience was the delays in moving into our new home. So far customer service has been awesome

Our overall experience purchasing our new home was excellent. Sales representatives Tamara and TJ went beyond my expectations in keeping us informed of the build process and always answered our questions quickly. We were able to meet some of the crew who built our home and they have a great attention to detail in the home construction. Home service representative Octavio is very knowledgeable about all the home features and systems. He quickly helped to resolve any questions we had. This was the best home purchase experience I have ever had. I highly recommend Shea Homes.
