I enjoyed my home buying experience. With so many builders in Houston we chose Shea partially because of their sales rep. She made us feel at home as soon as we stepped through the model home’s door. My home is beautiful. Every morning walking out of my bedroom I feel like I’m at a resort.

Good streamline process and communication throughout the whole buying and building process

Shea makes the extra effort, whether it’s extra care in leveling walls, changing to a better AC Vendor midstream or providing upgraded door locks, thermostats and garage doors. They even bought and installed longer fan operation chains when I let them know during the walk-through that they were too short.

Solid build quality and workmanship. Quick response to issues. Super friendly reps and construction supervisors. Keep buyer informed regularly during construction phase.

The sales staff were great. Transition team were terrific. Site is well designed and home is great.

We had a great experience building our first home through Shea communities. Everyone we have worked with has been helpful and pleasant. They have also been great about fixing any issues that have come up since moving in and are responsive if we have any questions. We are very excited to be a part of the new Solstice community and can’t wait to see it finished!
