Moving from a large home was a challenge for me. However, I’m so pleased I made this move! Love the layout of the Monaco model...it’s perfect for me. Yes, I needed to donate a substantial amount of furniture, etc. however it’s been uplifting to organize my life. I also need to mention my Trilogy neighbors are so much fun. Even during the Covid issue, we’ve found ways to socialize safely. The community is active and promotes healthy living that I so enjoy. Tammy and her staff were outstanding in answering my many questions in a timely manner.

The house construction was excellent. The warranty team has been outstanding. The cabinet selection was average - wish there were better options.

We have now bought 4 houses from Shea Homes in the last 15 years, and this was probably the best experience yet. We initially put our deposit on a model we were going to buy and then rent out, but as we saw the newer and bigger models they were building, we requested to move our deposit to a bigger home, so we sold our current (Shea) home and made the move to the bigger unit. All the builder representatives in Sales and the Construction crew were extremely accommodating throughout the entire 10 month process as we watched the home get built.

We were very happy with every stage of our purchase and construction process. We were able to visit our construction site every week and were kept up to date on the construction by our superintendent, Guy.

Way too techie for me!!

Working with the PMs were great, all of them were punctual, easy and quick to respond, updated us constantly to know where we are in the process. We even were ahead of the target date and that was relayed to us for preparation of the move. Overall a great experience for my first new build
