we’ve had a great experience with Shea and their team. We love our house and they’ve been extra responsive if we’ve had a problem. We bought an inventory home that just fell through, so it was a very fast process. Very happy so far.

The sales team was extremely knowledgeable and helpful, it was a delight to work with them. (Jim, Jackie & Mei) They went beyond to answer any of my questions and/or concerns. I've been a homeowner for most of my adult life, and this was my first 'new build'. I love my new home! The quality, the design...everything!

To purchase Our home in Trilogy Summerlin was overall easy and pleasant experience. Sales representative Kirstie was very helpful, always available and guided us through the building process. Our home came out beautifully. But I wish, we where be able to edd some different finishes. We had to purchase as is. So after moving in, we redid floors, will change stuff in the kitchen. Waranty request where answered promptly.

We’re extremely happy with our decision to buy a Shea home. The price per square foot was a pretty penny but the location makes up for it.

I moved here for community and it is well planned.

Great service overall, communication and responsiveness

Great experience. No issues. One question no one seems to know an answer too - what the heck is going into the common ground behind my home. Please respond - this is been going on for a month. No one knows. That’s ridiculous

This is my 2nd Shea Home so I knew how stellar & on target Shea is with construction & design. That was how I knew this was to be my Dream Home as Tracy/Julie are amazing guides to home ownership. Loved the email telling me status on construction stages to using My Shea Homes. Design Center helped me create the most beautiful home in look & function. Options offered were wonderful in all levels. The downfall was receiving a home not move in ready as what I signed for - anxiety levels to get internet installed as external wiring from the ext of house not complete for a full month which meant I could not get White Glove done and other things, $661 1st water bill all on me as why was the irrigation not checked b/4 as the leak had to be happening b/4 ownership transfer & I have to still work w hoping to get the water district to credit not refund my $661 spent (a day 1100 gallons to then 2200 gallons used by 1 person & a dog) and probably another huge one coming as they bill bi-monthly-why prior to my ownership was this not caught at that amount, and to have water plumbing come in hot when using cold where plumber says its the weather which it wasn't, then White Glove gave missed messages on use a temporary password vs permanent as they did not disclose the change from temp password "breaks" the connection of the Eero wifi extender and even not taking out cardboard in the oven and masking tape which I almost missed on usage. All these issues could have been avoided if the punch list did a thorough run through on function. That was all un-necessary stress, money and time expended particularly myself as the new home owner . Shea builds a spectacular home in presentation, design and construction. Well thought on details and what you offer home ownership. This one fell short on delivery as I am still right now watching out for what may come. I love my home though. ... More

Enjoyed working with James and Debby and our experience in buying from Shea Homes was very very good.

The move-in was the best we've had (moved into three new homes prior to this one). Attention to detail was excellent. Once we moved in, there were some issues with the A/C, the hood cover over the stove, and the Wi-Fi. However, items like that are to be expected to some extent with a new build, and they were fixed quickly and well.

Randy was very detailed and thorough when walking us through the property and always displayed patience with our many questions. He shared some great tips for new homeowners on caring for our new home.

The home is great, however little things are not been completed right, I think that really brings Shea home over all experience with some dissatisfaction. The escrow was lack of communication( someone on vacation) no one followed up. The front door lock not working when we supposed to ( get the key) the solar was a nightmare. And the location actually does not have a statable internet, I think as a large community, shea home should connect with city and other services provider better that will help with over experience:

The quality and workmanship is outstanding. my only complaint is the cabinets. The kitchen cabinets aren't deep enough to the wall., not what we'er used to. the bathroom cabinets aren't deep enough to the wall and the bath cabinet drawers aren't deep enough vertically. I could stand my Gillette foamy can upright in the drawer at her former house I can't here I have to lay it down. I tried to install a metal rack in the cabinet to solve that problem but the rack wouldn't fit. It was too long by about an inch and a half so I'll be returning the rack to the store. Great experience all around! Home is beautiful and Design center was very flexible with cabinet layout. Lots of beautiful options! Realtor and builder sent weekly pics of progress and after move in, fast to fix anything that isn’t perfect.

The gentleman that does the home warranty visits is the best!

I looked at several Triolgy Valor homes and fell in love with the Sojourn model with the large RV garage. I chose Trilogy for the 55 and over community and activities it offered for a healthier life style. And so far I have not been disappointed! The buying process was fairly easy as lots of brochures and personnel were available to ask questions.

It was awesome working with Kim a d Blake building our dream home. They’re the most helpful people that we have ever worked with, always responsive to our questions and concerns.

despite a few cosmetic issues that have or will be resolved, this has been the best home purchase I have made. I love my Shea Home.

Communication with the builder was excellent. Responsiveness was very good. Quality of construction is very good compared to other national builders, there were several workmanship issues related to rippled facia on the outside of the house that become a nuisance eyesore as well as gaps in the roof of the covered porch. The biggest issue to date, 3 months post closing are multiple power failures. I cannot recommend this particular Shea site if the local power infrastructure cannot handle the growth in the area. This must get resolved with the power company as it will force more expense for generators to protect the customers home. ... More

To date our overall experience has been very good . We love our home and the trilogy community ! The sales and customer service teams have been very responsive . The community and amenities are fantastic . We have some quality issues with our concrete that have left us disappointed and hold us back from fully recommending Shea .

Overal it has been a good experience

We have experience with Shea and know they are a quality builder, that is why we came here. We're had some minor issues, that are being taken care of. Like the window sills paint comes off easily when the shades are left down, then you pull them up, and all the paint comes off, laving you with bare wood showing. That shows the wood isn't absorbing the paint, so it wasn't primed or something else. Also, the lack of privacy for the homes being so tightly packed, we knew about but once you live it, its quite annoying, even though we have nice neighbors. I can actually here their knives and forks on their plates when they eat dinner, and their conversation while they sit at their table. That is a factor of it being so quite out here. I lived in high rise condo's with balconies near each other and noise kept it more private. But the builder experience, and support staff has been excellent. I highly recommend Shae's construction to anyone. ... More
