What we liked the most is the aera, super quiet and all very quiet, the mountains, the view is relaxing, perfect for us who like tranquility, neighbors very friendly and quiet, the green area to walk super, the Lake that is very relaxing, they have club house with pool and recreation area for families reunite, and the beautiful house, the style will open and spacious many windows that enters perfect light everything, a lot rooms they are perfect for The only thing was the price a little high, but the area is worth it and it is possible because everything has risen but if we also pay more for the updates that we added. I was confident from the beginning that I could trust the exceptional people I was dealing with to deliver an exceptional home. Tammy, the community representative, got right back to me at times when I wouldn't have expected an immediate response and the same was true for James, my foreman. Upon closing, the wider scope of people I was introduces to were all so welcoming and helpful. The detailed book that Shea compiled with information about what and how to care for all of the components of my home was equally professionally done and the fact that there are warranty walk throughs for a year after completion shows that they are claiming responsibility for their work and are concerned about your satisfaction. ... The overall experience was very easy and great. I am a little disappointed in the lot sizes that were available in the collection. But again overall very pleased

Really enjoy living in this community. Beautiful homes. Good construction. Any issues are quickly resolved after addressed.

The buying process was very smooth and shea homes guided through each and every step. The home quality is top notch and I'm really happy with it. Having said that, I'm having an issue with my Garage opener is not connecting to the wifi which sometimes frustrates me. When talked to customer service of lift master garage opener company, they said motherboard in the garage opener is old and compatible with router. I would suggest Shea homes to install latest garage door openers

All in all, we've a had a pleasant experience building with Shea. Our construction manager Wes was great and took care of the majority of the issues on our final walkthrough. This left only a few things for warranty repair and Barb has been responsive to our needs. All the trades are friendly, professional, and respectful. I would build with Shea again if we had the opportunity in the future.

Overall a great experience. The team was generally responsive and accommodating. One of the trades cost us an additional $2K because of a lack of communication, but that's a trade, not Shea directly. If we were to build another home from scratch again, I would use Shea as we feel the build quality and materials used are very good.

This is the second home we build and the Shea experience was much better than the previous one. Quality and customer service were exceptional.

Very thankful to have found our new home at Trilogy Monarch Dunes. The whole process went by without a hitch. Everyone was a pleasure to work with.

We signed our contract when the house was being framed so we didn’t not get to make any selections or changes. The construction team was very responsive and stayed on schedule. The end product is beautiful and so far we have had very few warranty issues. We love our new he and the neighborhood!

Overall, it's been a terrific experience contracting with Shea for our new home in North Scottsdale. New to AZ from the East Coast, the Shea team made the process relatively simple, efficient and comprehensive, with great communication and caring teams. The Sales team of Lynda and Paula made our transition easy to understand and complete. The construction supervisors, Todd and Kory, are absolutely terrific. Their communication and attention to detail made it unnecessary to visit the house during construction, using Teams and FaceTime to view progress and make decisions. The final hand-over of the house and subsequent follow up has been well-handled and efficient. Shea did very well ! My only suggestion to Shea is to include more "upgrades" as standard or provide an allowance for items that most everyone will want and ultimately order. However, the vendors and design team of Shea was incredible to work with and made the selection process smooth and efficient. All choices were included in our home as ordered. The responsiveness from the team that we dealt with Lisa/Debbie/Armando/Mark has been excellent. Shea has a very well thought out sales and construction process and it’s by far the best we have experienced. We are now in the warranty process and dealing with Mark on getting a few minor items addressed. Hope that process goes as well as our experience so far with the sales process

The sales staff, building foreman, and design center were all excellent to work with. I believe you get a good value for your money at this price point. There are two unresolved issues with the house that are unresolved and so far they have not fixed them under warranty. I’ve been told they will not cover these issues and have dug their heals in. I hope is we can come to an agreement on these two issues.

Shea was an extremely smooth building to buy from, the sales office was great, the title company and closing departments were top notch.

Only issue I had was with scheduling for TV and alarm installation. Should have not had to hunt them down and then 2-3 weeks after closing for an all-day appointment. Vendor kept telling me who should have set it up. This should correspond with closing date. Can’t order internet until a week before closing. Closing confirmation is a week before closing. All this should be done internally so that buyer has everything upon move in. At the latest a couple days.

The experience is great! There are some minor issues, but the response is very fast.
