My entire experience from beginning to end pleasurable! Any problems that I had were taken care of quickly! The team that worked with me had were very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. I would highly recommend Shea homes!!

We had a fantastic experience purchasing our home through Shea Homes. The process from putting down a deposit to moving in is so streamlined and easy to understand. The Shea Homes team members are very professional and quick to respond to questions or concerns. In the current real estate market, purchasing a home can be a very stressful and daunting process. Buying through Shea Homes took all the stress off of bidding wars, losing offers, and all the other issues in buying a pre-existing home. The best part is that we did not have to endure living through a remodel. Most of the homes in our area are very old and out-of-date. I have some issues with the design of the house and the community, but overall Shea has done a great job. They have been very responsive taking corrective actions to the few issues that have come up in the 2 months that I have lived in the house.

From to moment we met with the sales staff we had a great experience. Tammy was very helpful. The builder kept us updated on the progress and Dan is extremely helpful when an issue comes up after the build is complete.

My experience with Shea was very good from start to finish of home. Communication was great and no issues with Shea's responsiveness. Was given the name of a job site foreman who kept me posted along the way of construction, which included several walk throughs of the home before it was completed. I highly recommend Shea as a home builder.

Great credit to both Leslie and Jeannie for the extremely professional response to our needs as purchasers and for responding quickly to any inquiry. They made this experience, stress-free and enjoyable. We cannot say anymore about how wonderful our experience was. Thanks to them. The on-site crew, including Tanner, and Matt are excellent as well.

Overall it was a very pleasant and easy purchase and we are very happy here. Quality work and quality follow through!

The entire process - pre release reservations seminars ,on site tours, lot reservation, design studio, customer walkthrough and warranty support was very organized and well managed. Had a great experience working with Micah, Hella, Kveta & Duane! All of them always went above and beyond!

Going through the “lottery” experience was quite new, exciting, even though it took 3 tries. I almost dropped out of the running. But now I’m in a lovely home just right for me. I trusted Trilogy since I chose a home that didn’t have a model available to walk through. My mortgage company worked well with Trilogy. Only comment the upgraded “Shea” shower could be more solid and outside the air conditioning unit of my neighbor is right out my patio door. However I do love all my upgrades.

nice to have new house, but tankless water heater has been a major issue

David was a pleasure to deal with during the purchase and closing. Richard did a great job managing the build. Brandon has been very responsive to warranty issues and any of our other concerns. Great experience. The only reason why I dinged the quality of workmanship is because I do think they did a poor job finishing our driveway. It looks like a hurried and inconsistent finish which can happen when subs have multiple pours in a day. Again, everyone at Shea that we have dealt with has been a pleasurable experience. I would highly recommend Shea to friends and family, only able to speak on the amazing team of David, Richard and Brandon, but I would think the other teams would be just as fantastic. ... More

Overall, we had a pleasant experience purchasing our home at Trilogy. From the initial sales to the warranty department everyone was trustworthy and helpful. The quality of workmanship and materials were good for the price that we paid—-except for the painting. The paint job was extremely sloppy and poorly done. It looked like they barely covered the surface with the paint and there was paint slopped all over the edges of the floors and left to dry. There were obvious parts of the trim that had been damaged and it looked like they repaired it by filling in the bad portions and then left it rough without sanding yet. Parts of the trim looked like they painted over existing dirt and debris from the construction without wiping it off first. The corners of the trim had rough edges, and were not completely painted. Paint was dripped and spilled on my patio bricks. The large glass sliding wall was covered with overspray on the frame. The painters that came out to repair the paint damage did an excellent job. However, it was impossible for them to get the paint off of the bricks on my patio and I was told that they could not get the paint off the edges of my new flooring— that is left for me to do Though they did their best on getting off the overspray my sliding wall frame does not look new. The concrete on my front porch is stained with another substance that isn’t paint. So far that has not been removed. ... More

The agent we worked with was Leslie & she was outstanding from beginning to end. We waited a long time to get notified & the prices of the models kept going up substantially. We love our new house, but there are many flaws in the painting, cabinetry, stucco. Shea seems to do a good job in getting those flaws fixed with Will & Matt.

Still have unresolved issue with washing machine..

We’re very happy we chose Shea/Trilogy to spend our retirement years . The overall quality and lifestyle is second to none.

Purchase experience was great with wonderful sales staff. Final inspection revealed the tiniest items needing adjustments and they were fixed immediately. Turn-over at possession was a great experience and all our needs had been anticipated. Orientation on the home’s many features was thorough. After-sale care has been proactive and very responsive and we have received several phone calls to ask how things are and if we need anything. We are very pleased with our home and love the community.

Seth was phenomenal. He did a great job, and was extremely responsive.

The whole experience was great. Everyone I dealt with was wonderful and provided excellent service, before and after closing.

It was a great experience buying the Shea home in Dunes. The build quality was top notch, and the mistakes were quickly corrected. We knew this going in because we already bought a Shea home in the past. The sales staff here at the Dunes took care of the preliminary requirements and guided us all through the purchase process. Most commendable was the staff that took care of fixing the construction defects. Isaac was always available to address our concerns and he showed us how to make the most of the features of the house. Our experience with Shae Homes has been very positive from the moment we walked into the sales office the first time. The sales executive has been an absolute pleasure to work with along with the construction manager. They both were always available to answer our questions and addressed all our concerns satisfactorily. They were always very honest with us when it came to the building process and schedule. During the warrenty period the are also very responsive and has been addressing any warranty issues, which are very few, promptly. The warrenty manager has also been very attentive and communicates well.
