This was truly a fun experience getting to know the builders and designers of Shea Homes. Everyone was so friendly and quick to respond to a concern.

Shea Homes is a fantastic builder and creates high quality homes. The contracted workers who assist with the builds are not always the most mindful of their work, but Shea’s team is quick to make sure mistakes are addressed and fixed immediately. I do recommend hiring your own inspector (with any new build) to help find any errors.

Regardless of the issue or where we were in the process, we always had great support and our issues were resolved quickly.

Other than having to complete too many surveys on my experience, everything was fine.

This was our first experience having a home built for us. The process went surprisedly smooth with just a few minor adjustments. We can’t say enough about the Shea Team….Steve (Sales) who kept us in the loop and made the perfect Lot suggestion. Chris (Build Supervisor) answered all our questions and ensured every detail was handled. Jodie (Warranty Specialist) for being so thorough and timely with the warranty work. Most of all, the whole Shea team was friendly, approachable and made this ‘Big Step’ a little less scary! We love our beautiful home and Tehaleh is gorgeous!

The buying experience, contacts, information sharing with Shea is excellent. Shannon has always “been in our corner”, helpful and informative. We were kept advised of construction issues, date changes, deadlines, reviews and closing dates. The only minor issue has been the of minor punch list items which have been lagging in completion. We would have no issues or hesitation of dealing and buying another Shea home. Very happy.

This is our second Shea home and overall it has been a great experience. I only gave 4 stars on price because prices everywhere have skyrocketed and 4 stars on quality because of one fairly significant issue involving location of grab bars in showers The Warranty service has been excellent in every regard. David is professional and very responsive and a credit to your company

I am extremely pleased with my purchase of a Shea home in Trilogy Verde River. The purchase experience with sales rep (Liz) was excellent - she found a more desirable lot during the purchase; the design center representative (Janelle) was meticulous in specifying all the many selections; the mortgage rep (Spencer) was continuously on top of the transaction; the warranty rep (Steve) was -is- quickly responding to any request I may have. Buying experience with the Sales staff was great. Post-closing not as good. I found a box of nails on my roof two months after closing. 30-day review did not go smoothly. Multiple trades for touch-up issues were scheduled without letting us know. Also, our backyard gate/fence was installed the wrong way and, 9 weeks after closing, it still has not been remedied. Multiple issues with post-closing items still remain pending.

A very long process, but you were always in the loop every step of the way. This certainly made the experience worthwhile.

The overall Shay home experience has been exceptionally from start to finish the process was seamless and after purchase the introduction to our home and some of his features was a wonderful experience

Quality is great, and I wouldn’t change a thing

Just don’t have any timeline expectations for anything from the build, landscaping, appliances, and you won’t be disappointed.

The Shea experience was fabulous, second to none

Due to supply issues, we were only given one week notice to close. We were ready. That is one thing I would recommend is to have all your paperwork to mortgage company if you are financing, as soon as possible and don’t wait till last minute. Closing went very quickly and efficiently. The mortgage company always wants some type of paperwork last minute. Sometimes it’s duplicates of paperwork we already gave them. That’s pretty normal. Shea Mortgage was very good and would use again if ever needed.

I have been so impressed with Shea homes in our buying experience at Trilogy at the Polo Club. Quality has been excellent Their customer service has been exceptional. Very responsive.

The Shea team stood out the most. Mac, Erin, Jeb, and Mitch were all fantastic to work with.

There are numerous minor issues but they do take care of them during the services, which is good.

Roy and Mike have been terrific in the building process. Colleen was fantastic to work with through the sales process. Denise is the design studio made our selection of upgrades easier than expected. Katie the sales manager was always available if needed. The finished product has met our expectations. There were a number of small issues that Mike in warranty has taken care of. They handled supply chain issues the best they could and eventually all appliances arrived.
