Very responsive to issues (Customer Service and Construction Manager)

Appreciate the responsiveness to the little issues that need cleaned up after moving in

Overall the home was awesome. Some minor things to be fixed but overall responsive to fixing them in a timely manner

Overall experience is very excellent and ecerything is from Point A to Point Z, services after sales also very satisfied.

Excellent home buying experience but when it comes to after sales service we are very disappointed

Representatives were easy to work with and followed up fast on promises made .

As builders go they are one of the best.

Shea's support staff was excellent. In particular Owen provided outstanding sales support and the after sales support provided by Tracy and Bill was excellent as well.

The experience can be overwhelming, Shea homes definitely did everything they could to assist in lessining the burden.

Nicely laid out home plan. We were kept informed of progress along the way. Consistently good workmanship and materials, with minor issues found during and after our close process. All issues were taken care of in a timely manner.

Very good communication and pleasant throughout

The first person we interacted with at Shea was Steve Fryer and with his personality, product knowledge and interest in our needs convinced us to buy on the first visit to Trilogy. Since that first visit every Shea employee we have worked with has gone above and beyond every norm of support. Emily, Brendan, Alicia have all reinforced our positive opinion of Shea.

We love our beautiful new home. However- You cannot expect perfection and when a couple of minor issues surfaced with our new home- James our CS rep was on it. Bringing in trades ri make it right - right away. Our home is beautiful and we love it- everyone at Shea from sales to construction supervisors to customer service represent quality and responsiveness. We felt cared for and prioritized. It was a smooth process- everyone says building a house is stressful- not for us- it was fun and exciting with Shea!

I relocated to the Houston area from out of state and everyone: sales, finance, the construction manager, management, & title company are great to work with. Once we got settled in it was like family, the construction manager checked on us until we were passed to home warranty department, which is very responsive, and quickly addressed any concerns we had. Everyone that entered my home has been a pleasure to work with. I love my home, neighbors and the community pool area /playground. This has been a great experience because of the Shea Team! You won't be disappointed.

Lovely neighborhood with an easy way to meet neighbors as well as a save atmosphere. Love my home and the connectivity to Maple Valley, a lovely, vibrant town.

Shea's approach has been very professional. They kept us well informed throughout the process. The onsite sales staff was always very helpful and answered our questions without hesitation. This is our first home in USA and we could not ask for better!! From day 1 which is visiting the sales office our experience has been amazing. The support and professionalism shown by Shea staff stands out than any other we have heard or seen. The crew (sales, construction, mortgage etc.) have been really helpful. House is build to meet all the regulatory requirements and codes so one can sleep peacefully. I am really grateful to Shea team as even with the issues faced due to pandemic and winter storm they managed to get the house ready before estimated time. I appreciate that Shea intentionally provides support throughout the sales, design construction and settling in process. They have an excellent team, including other home owners that are attentive and caring each step of the way. It’s not just a home, it’s a community.

These people build a great home and developed a great community in Orlando. Incredible amenities in a great location. We looked at more than a hundred homes in more than a dozen communities. We've now been owners for two months and wish we'd moved earlier!
