I love the hardwood floors, ceramic tile in wet areas, high ceilings, awesome view from backyard and magnificent granite oversized kitchen countertop. And lastly but most importantly how the Shea team is so professional and Reachable ⭐️⭐️⭐️

The process with Shea homes has been excellent. The loan department made sure that our loan was processed smoothly and professionally. During the construction, they kept us informed with numerous phone calls to update us on the status of the home. After the move-in, they consistently communicated with us. We moved in during the early phase of the construction. It turned out to be a good investment and the subdivision layout is extremely nice. We have been incredibly pleased doing business with Shea homes.

I want to say that getting a shea home was the best thing when it comes to getting a new home. From the beginning to the end I can not say enough how much I love my home and the service that shea home provides. This is my first home and I have to say this is the home to have for the rest of your life. The builders and the customer service goes far and beyond with you to make sure that you satisfied of what you are getting in a home. Thank you shea home for finding my dream house.
