The process was quick and smooth. There were a couple minor hiccups but everything was made right before closing.

Overall Experience Overall, I really love my new home and am very happy with my purchase. From the initial purchase through the move-in process, the experience was generally positive. The builder's team was great to work with, and they were responsive whenever I had questions or concerns. Quality and Value I really love the home and feel that it provides good value. However, there are a couple of areas that I believe deserve attention. The issue with the breaker box is a concern because I have experienced problems with the electricity and the GFCI tripping frequently. I would also recommend paying close attention to the lawn and grading around the home. There are drainage concerns and uneven areas, particularly around the sides of the property. Builder's Team My experience with the builder's team was great. They were professional, responsive, and addressed my questions and concerns in a timely manner. I appreciate the communication and assistance I received throughout the process. Advice for Future Home Buyers For potential buyers, I would recommend doing a thorough inspection before and after moving in. In particular, spot-check the breaker box and electrical system to make sure electricity is flowing properly throughout the home and that the ***** outlets are not tripping repeatedly. I would also strongly recommend having the lawn and grading thoroughly inspected—not just the front and back yards, but especially both sides of the home. Look carefully for uneven areas and potential drainage issues. Overall, I really love my home and had a great experience with the builder's team. My recommendations are simply to pay close attention to the electrical system and the grading/drainage around the property so these issues can be identified and addressed early. ... More
