Extremely disappointed in the quality of work in my home. The issues with my home have not been taken care of yet after 4 months of living here.

We have had major quality issues identified prior to purchase that has been put off and put off. The most most egregious of which are the upstairs sub flooring. People have shuffled us off claiming things not to be their responsibility. People in general have been unresponsive And have chronically pushed off the repair of issues identified prior to purchase. And this whole game of closing work tickets after 10 days only to immediately reopen then seems like racket Village Builders uses to give perception that jobs are getting closed within 10 days.
