My overall experience with Village Builders has been great from the beginning to now. I am really enjoying my home and all it’s perks inside-out. Everyone I have worked with has made my home buying experience to be truly rewarding.

The quality and service provided from the entire team was fantastic! And the experience in every aspect of the process was smoothly, they answer all your questions and do what they say. The responsiveness for every concern is very efficient and any issue is addressed in a timely manner. Great service for home buying.

Trusted builder, accommodating staff, amazing company

We love the neighborhood and couldn’t be pleased with the builder and the team that made this possible for us. Typically, I’m not particularly eager to do a review without having much time to measure, but we have now been in our home for four months, and there has never been a time that I could not contact the builders when we had questions, concerns, or issues. Casey and Mike have been terrific even after closing. Thanks to Denise and everyone else.

We are very pleased with our purchase. Our builder was exceptional and the warranty team is very prompt and courteous. Our home is beautiful and the community and landscaping is wonderful. The residents are welcoming and the community events are outstanding. The Grand Prairie is the place to be.

The process wasn’t difficult. Lennar is very thorough in its handling of documents and ensuring that the home you are looking to purchase fits your requirements to afford it. Staff is very friendly, but professional, questions answered quickly and no time wasted. The over experience was a pleasant one. I encourage others to consider Lennar homes.

Miss. Cindy Ly did a great job, she show me different models prices and areas, she was in contact with me during all the process and after the process she was in contact with me to guide me and make sure I have all the services to enjoy my new home she is such a professional person.

Very well built home, not everything thing is perfect but it’s 95%. The Village team was and is excellent to work with in getting things taken care of.

The experience was not terrible at all and I would recommend village builders. Keith my sales rep was really great and responsive. When it came time to do my walk thrus and addressing concerns around the home (some was just due to lack of caring) and bringing up my concerns to Daniel, he was defensive and had an excuse for everything. I spoke to several other new home buyers who all had the same experience with him as well. With one concern he asked me “is this really important to you?”. I didn’t appreciate the way he handled our concerns. At the end of the day, it all got done but once we moved in we could see his team cut corners a lot and there were still a lot of issues. We have had to file a warranty claim a few times since moving in a month ago. The warranty guy Jorge has been really great and responsive and we appreciate that. ... More

It was a positive buying experience with Laura, is remarkable how she spends time with you to go though every little detail about buying the house we chose, so easy and professional, w definitely would buy a house again with Lennar Village Builders and their staff

While exploring options for our new home we had multiple options to choose from and also took feedback from our friends living in Alina and owning Wentworth series from Village/Lennar. Overall the experience was good. We did had major hiccups with the clearance with the lot we received, delays and change in lot, but I must give it to the sales rep John M. for finding the alternate solutions with the developer, that is customer service right there for us. During construction phase generally the Construction Manager Antony was supportive and provided the right visibility and explanation on why's and how's. We are hoping quality of overall finish will continue to be good and this house will holdup safe and sound for long. There are we be some warranty items/issues, and we are confident they will be resolved/fixed during the warranty period. Response by service to make repairs is quick

We've been in our home for nearly 6 months and so far everyone has been very responsive to any general questions we've had and the few (minor) warranty issues that have arisen. The person responsible for coordinating warranty repairs is quick to respond, follows up to make sure we are satisfied with the corrective action taken, and always seems genuinely concerned about our satisfaction with the service provided. In addition, our Salesperson and the Construction Supervisor also touch base periodically to "see how things are going?".
