The construction managers and sales agent are very helpful.

What promised to be a beautiful home as proven to be a huge disappointment. All the interior workmanship from every trade is sloppy and unprofessional. We hope that all the parts that we can not see are installed properly by professionals. After a month, we continue to find problems. Instead of moving into a wonderful low maintenance new townhome, we have moved into a fixer upper. Construction manager and customer service are trying their best.

Builder (Chris) we had was very irresponsive through out the construction process . It just gets worse after the closing and during warranty period. They haven’t been able to keep up their commitments at different stages even for small changes and repairs. If you are a future buyer, do not close until ALL of your repairs are done 100%. Quality of material is a hit or miss. I would certainly expect better for the premium price they charge on these homes.

please make sure all the issues are taken care of before you guys closed on the house. we closed over a month ago and they still haven’t addressed any issue that was supposed to be taken care.

Understood delays as everyone has been experiencing them but Lennar had no clue when anything was going to be done and never inspected contractors work which was shabby, incomplete, incorrect and filthy conditions left untouched or addressed by builder. We closed with "exceptions" so Lennar could make their end of year goals but the home didn't even have shower enclosures until 2 weeks ago and even those are wrong. From appliances not installed correctly to quartz countertops with faucets off center by 2" to no screens, gutters, towel racks, and outright FILTH it will blow your mind. Follow up has been even worse. We trusted and now feel so stupid that we would let this happen to ourselves. ... More

I wish if team were more proactive in providing updates before , during and after construction. I need to follow up on everything.

Great house. Attention to detail. Came through on all aspects

The amount of mistakes by the workers either meant they didn’t know what they were doing or were rushing and didn’t care about mistakes. The contractor has tried his best to remedy the issues but is overwhelmed with all the new build errors. After a 1.5 months still have workers coming to fix things

We love our home in Inlet Shore! We have the Flagler model and the home is beautiful - great floor plan. Great location! Overall, we are very happy. The only negative is that our final finishing and closing were rushed and we are reaping the benefits of the hurriedness now - almost 2 months in and still many items not cared for. The local Lennar team on site is as helpful as they can be, however, somewhere at the top there must be a disconnect. Many of our neighbors are experiencing the same issues. Would still buy again here, but with caution and attention before closing.

Great community with awesome amenities. Things could have been better on some of the interior paint, doors etc., It is an awesome experience to buy from Lennar.

The investment in WSL is the best I have in FL. Reasonable price, best return. It will be a good retirement place to select!!

Worst experience ever buying a house. "Zero" communication!!!!! don't care about buyers, only care about selling the home in any condition

Our PM addressed all of our concerns before and after moving in. Our warranty contact Marco has been phenomenal in getting the right people to get the job done correctly in a timely manner!

Very good materials and appliances/equipment quality, sub-standard workmanship with obvious issues that should have been identified by the builder during construction; most issues were addressed, few still open after 5 months. Also, upon closing/delivery, house was NOT clean and move in ready.

WCI did a great job in building our new home. They were equally good in addressing issues post closing. Overall very happy with the work they've done so far.

This is our 2nd WCI home. The quality & workmanship are terrific. Our questions were responded to quickly & clearly. If something needed to be addressed, WCI responded immediately and followed up to ensure our satisfaction. A terrific experience again.

Since this was far from an entry level home we had much higher expectations for the finished product than the builder delivered. During the building process, numerous errors, deficiencies, and issues were identified by us and our independent home inspector. Almost all were ignored by the builder and sales person. All had to be corrected, after closing, by the warranty division. Words cannot describe how very disappointed we are with the finished product that was presented to us at closing. We had a significant punch list after closing, which is still being worked on, four months after closing. Driveway was too narrow, you could not park two cars in the driveway without having to step in the grass when exiting the car. There was no consultation regarding landscaping, what was installed was unacceptable, which required us to have most, if not all, of it removed. Overall, we would not recommend WCI/Lennar; we expected more, but received much, much less... ... More

Few major items were wrong was installed , inadequate water drainage in some areas, some problems with materials and installation. Builder had quick response in repairing of most problems . Still awaiting for some other corrections to be made.
