My sales representative Matt from Lennar/WCI was honest and very helpful throughout the purchasing process. He had my best interest at heart and not just Lennar’s. The warranty manager Robert has also been excellent to work with and consistently follows up to ensure the work has been completed.

Wood have Ben nice to get some blue paint for the house .I did not get house specs .

Several issues that are not being addressed in a timely fashion

There is no way on planet earth that I could do that!, I have lived here 4 months and warranties and petitions for help go unanswered.

Mass production builder with no interest in delivering product as specified and no interest in making corrections. Missing equipment, broken doors, etc. No response to service requests..

Love the home location, neighborhood, and design. Quality of materials and workmanship lower than expected for home on this price range. Good responsiveness on issues

During the selling process, we had been informed that we will able to ask for adjustments during the walkthrough. After 2 rounds of the walkthrough, they did not fix / attend our reasonable complains (also being sarcastic about some of the issues). We need to accept as is because we we decline( which we are really considering) we will lose our down payment. After moving in, we are still waiting / arguing with the construction about the dead grass and they are totally ignoring us. Regarding the grass, The realtor said that all lawn costa are included in the HOA, and they will fix that dead grass. When we move in and called the HOA they said that this is our responsibility. ... Nice community, terrible builder, would not recommend at all. They refuse to stand behind their work. Every warranty claim is denied as cosmetic

Most concerns with the construction and state of the home were addressed before closing, but excuses were given when we asked for other flaws to be repaired. Four months later we are seeing a lot of things needing repair (pavers in the driveway lifting, caulk needing to be redone on most cabinets, nails coming through ceiling, floors creeping, etc.) Still waiting on these repairs.

Wish I had something better to say. Like the floorplan. The lot can't be landscaped because the foundation seeps in lake water. It also causes the driveway to constantly be wet/slimely. Reported to community and HOA and nothing gets done. Must have so many compliants that they don't have time to resolve major issues. Very disappointed.

Lennar builders were not responsive to us, prior to closing, and then pushed our closing when the house wasn't completed. We love our house, just not their business practices.

Issues were taken care of quickly

Great house - WCI does the upgrades you want during the build and it was worth the wait. Personal suggestion DO HAVE THE PRIVATE home inspections when offered!! Gives you peace of mind and it's a 2nd/3rd set of experienced trades person independent analysis. Lastly WCI follow up AFTER closing - this is an area that NEEDS IMPROVEMENT BADLY!

We experienced a very trying home build process that was over two months late and had significant challenges with quality workmanship. WCI/Lennar was difficult to work with during the process since they don't really want home owners around during the process. They are a production builder and prefer to have buyers purchase the home from them once complete. Our salesman was great but had little control during the build process.

Garage was not insulated. Kitchen cabinets had few roll out shelves. Flat paint used throughout home.

Pleased with mostly everything.

Being a Real Estate Broker whom represent customers/clients with selling and buying pre-existing and new construction homes, I was very disappointed in the customer services provided. I was also disappointed with the cheap materials used to build the homes most importantly the workmanship. The work is not being completed by professionals. We had a total of 5-6 pre-closing walk throughs. Each walk took a minimum of two-three hours. By no means should it had taken that many walks to sign off all of the interior and exterior issues that were found. By the time we made it to the last walk through my husband and I were over it. We demanded that they get the painters, the individuals that were responsible for caulking and grouting. We had to walk them through every room pointing out what needed to be done and stand over them to make sure it was completed properly. There is no quality control. There is no one that follow up to make sure all of your concerns during your walk through were taken care off prior to scheduling your next walk through. If it was this would have made the process much smoother. I'm not sure if the problems exist because Lennar is short staffed or individuals don't care about their jobs nor the home buyers. Changes were made to our elevation/ plans that we did not agree on. We are still waiting on things to be fixed/repaired. Especially the noises that are coming from our return vents in all (5) of our bathrooms. We contacted Lennar and Lindstrom and requested this issue be resolved. Guess what, we are still waiting. If I had a place to upload photos of the workmanship that was completed on this home, I would do so. It is horrible! To purchase a new construction home and have to call someone out to correct the mistakes /issues that the builder should have taken care of is beyond ridiculous. I've purchased two new construction home in the past from GL Homes. This by far was the worst. It's all about the dollar and turn over with Lennar not the home buyers. I could go on and on. However, I'm sure nothing will change. I feel sorry for the clients/customers who are not in the real estate business and just don't know. The ones who enter the office and sign on the dotted line without representation. Lennar will get away with telling them anything. Mediocre materials mediocre workmanship poo responsiveness to problems.

Good experience

Pros: Good support team, nice layouts, nice neighborhood. Cons: Most of the interiors are not symmetric, ceiling lights throughout the house are not in line with each other. Living room, kitchen ceiling lights are not inline, they are just their. Dining table lights are way off from the dining space. Dimmer lights are provided in kitchen and not in Living room. AC vents and exhaust could have been planned better. You have boxed ceiling in master bedroom with AC vents, fire alarm etc in it. There is so much space outside the box to put all these stuffs and keep box ceiling for other designs. Looks like construction manager and workers did not have access to measuring tape. ... More

Builder only looking for profits does not care about the customers

Building materials extremely poor quality: Sherwin Williams Paint: Final product isn't even of "primer" quality. All walls are not washable or scrubbable so they all need to be redone with high quality paint. Sherwin Williams paint stores said "Yeah that's our cheapest product". "Our exterior paint only lasts five years". Windows: Lawson brand: many issues. Their rep came out to fix issues and said "the windows you have are our cheapest we make". Cabinets: Very poor quality. Their rep who came out for an issue said "this is the same product you can get at Home Depot, just under a different label". Pool: Extremely poor quality. After two months the finish was cracked and pitted. The whole pool had to be drained and resurfaced Walls: No insulation in the walls. Not soundproof. Can hear everything from room to room No attention to detail: Whole project is rushed. Many, many issues throughout. Shower water line had hole in it that slowly leaked over time and flooded the bedroom. It was from the sheet rock contractor who put a screw through the line upon installation. The contractors are hard working but no attention to detail. Upon repairs under the "one year warranty", the contractors who repair an issue, make additional problems upon completion of their work. Was told by one of the renovation teams "Lennar has so many houses with roof issues from leaking, sure I will be seeing you during hurricane season". Frightening! Unfortunately the Lennar houses are rushed with low quality materials, no attention to detail and many issues. Would definitely not recommend ... More
