From my first conversation with Jan, our sales associate she was very helpful, pleasant, knowledgeable, and professional. Jan was helpful and patient with our purchasing decision. Alex our construction manager, was also very knowledgeable, professional, and patient throughout our walk-through, and continues to be helpful, kind, and professional. Carlos, our warranty manager is also, knowledgeable, professional, courteous and helpful. Carlos continues to handle any issues, professionally, courteously, and efficiently. We are very impressed with the quality and design of their homes.

From the day of purchase, we were remote during the entire build process. Arrived to find a beautiful completed home. Any small issues have been documented by the builder/customer care and are being addressed in a timely manner. We are thrilled with our home.

We were able to watch the building of our new home since we are local. The project manager checked in with us regularly, listened to any concerns and was immediately responsive and always respectful. He gave us confidence in our home and we love it.

I enjoy the buying process with lennar. Service after the sale always starts with a no with certain job supervisor. It was impossible to document every issue. We had dead sod at the walk through that I was told would get taken care of when I brought it up after closing was told to talk to the hoa

Unilateral experience. What can you do for the builder, not what they can do for you. They control the building sites in the subdivision so if location suits you, you're stuck with them and they take advantage of their captive audience.

Few major items were wrong was installed , inadequate water drainage in some areas, some problems with materials and installation. Builder had quick response in repairing of most problems . Still awaiting for some other corrections to be made.

I was forced to close on the house before the end of the quarter. The house construction was rushed and there were SEVERAL quality issues. 2 roof leaks in 2 months. Several lighting/electrical issues. The pool tiles were not sanded properly. There were electrical and plumbing issues with the pool. On a positive note, the Lennar team has been very responsive to my concerns. So that helps however an overall frustrating and time consuming process.

WCI has a horrible process for fixing issues after closing. This needs to be addressed as it feels like you already have my money and I should just go away.

What should have been a wonderful experience was greatly diminished by Lennar. The home was NOT ready to be occupied when we closed ... the extensive "punch" list was not addressed and the home was filthy (floors, lanai, garage). After a month it seems that I find another issue almost daily and no issue gets quick attention. I've been waiting for my pool cage to be fixed for weeks. Pool tiles reported day one are still not addressed. A garage outlet doesn't work. the list goes on. We actually love the home ... the layout, the location, the amenities. It's just very disappointing that the workmanship and the sloppy attention to detail with Lennar is so poor. ... More

Poor responsiveness to quality issues. Lennar staff and contractors non responsive to follow up

I am a previous WCI homeowner. It was a great experience and was provided with a quality built home. Lennar should stop branding themselves as WCI. It is an insult to the legacy of a great company. Lennar shortcuts at every corner and uses the lowest quality products available. Have had to hire my own contractor to make this home acceptable. Very disappointed. .

I must say the entire process has been the worst experience I’ve had purchasing a new home anywhere in the United States; from initial purchase to final move-in. Additionally, the quality and value of your new Wild Blue home will be sub-par. Post delivery of the home had nearly nonexistent customer service. Attention to detail and timely responses are not what one should expect from the Lennar/WCI team. If you prefer actual conversations about anything you won’t find that here; emails at best. Potential home buyers need to know that the workmanship is terrible. Lennar would rather throw the homes up, deliver them to the buyers and let the new homeowners deal with the aftermath. Nearly 90% of the ridiculous punch-list items could have been avoided if there was an effective quality assurance program in place. This is our second WCI home. The first was great but it was prior to the Lennar acquisition. With the exception of a few fine people, our latest experience has been a disappointment. Quality control is nonexistent. Defects in drywall that should have been caught before painting were just painted over. Appliances are a random selection of various price point GE products of which two have already failed. Door locks are not keyed alike. The list is endless and the follow up by warranty repair is just as bad. Expect at least two service calls to get something corrected even after a video call where they can see exactly what the problem is. It is just amazing how disjointed this company is. Pool is not right. Paint has drips and brushes off easily. Work incomplete and closed based on promises things would be made right. Total hassle. Not what one would expect for $2+ million House.

No communication from sales personnel to construction managers. This builder puts profit far before quality/customer service. Upon closing there were numerous construction defects due to lack of management of subcontractors. This all became listed as warranty items through the builder and thus very difficult to remedy.
