We bought a home a few months back and love it. Had a few little items to fix and the warranty issues got solved asap. I sell homes for a living so I see a lot and WCI builds some good strong homes. Couldn't be happier with the process so far.

This home is the third new home we've built/purchased. The quality of the house and responsiveness to minor issues by WCI has been so impressive! Would highly recommend this community to anyone!!

We feel that the home buying process was super easy with Lennar. I closed in a month! I raised a question about No CDD fees advertised however, I was instructed later that it would not be charged this year but next year. However, they took out CDDs from settlement funds for 2018 and I haven't seen a refund. Sanctuary Cove is a great, quiet neighborhood with friendly neighbors.

I am generally more than satisfied with my condo and the amenities provided. The Builder is responsive when it comes to warranty work although you may need more than ordinary construction knowledge to get certain repairs completed properly. If I had one beef it is the Contracts, at least in Florida, are written entirely in favor of the Builder with the consumer having little right. The closing date set by the Builder will be adhered to even if your home is not fully completed and you do not have enough time to walk through and get repairs done before hand. Lennar will address your complaints, even after the closing, but when there are a number of major items that have to be fixed the buyer should have the right to delay the closing. Its amazing that we have some many rights when it comes to any other types of purchases or contracts that the Builders have been able to write their own contracts. This is not just Lennar issue but all major Builders. The contracts are for their benefit not the consumers. Blame your politicians. I am not trying to be ambiguous but I love my condo and all parts and would not hesitate to purchase a Lennar home in the future. Generally we are very pleased. Items from the walk thru still remain 5 months later. Closing was a disaster as far as being able to lock down a date, over 1 week late. Parking situation not as described prior to purchase. It just seems to take forever to get anything done.

Overall good, but not great. WCI needs to work more on warranty issues. Not deny based on what I missed on walkthrough, or this issue is cosmetic. If things installed crooked, and wrong thi sis not a cosmetic issue.

I've had several issues with my new home, I guess that's expected with any new home. Joe, the customer relations employee has been wonderful with expediting repairs.

Lennar builders were not responsive to us, prior to closing, and then pushed our closing when the house wasn't completed. We love our house, just not their business practices.

We dealt only with Lennar and were not very happy. While the overall house is solid (we hope), much of the workmanship was below standard. Very few options were given as to the quality of the products being used. The process Lennar uses seems to be a rush job, to get as many houses up in the shortest amount of time, while paying no attention to the details. With new construction there are always going to be "issues" and that is why builders offer a warranty. No one expects to have roof leaks or water just coming through the windows but it happened. The response to these issues were good. When it comes to the finishing work it has unfortunately been poor; literally received a quote from a VP (who refuses to get on the phone) say that is "cosmetic". Yes, when your trades beat everything up that is on you and when you purchase a new home and spend $500k the customer expects things to look good and not be beaten. We experienced a very trying home build process that was over two months late and had significant challenges with quality workmanship. WCI/Lennar was difficult to work with during the process since they don't really want home owners around during the process. They are a production builder and prefer to have buyers purchase the home from them once complete. Our salesman was great but had little control during the build process. ... More

Thank God for the great neighbors and the water. The home is a Lennar home with WCI slapped on the name. We closed 6 months ago and still are having warranty work done from the poor construction. Construction manager is rude and not helpful. Warranty does their best but they are very busy due to multiple issues on all the homes. They need to step up their game and increase customer communication.

Mass production builder with no interest in delivering product as specified and no interest in making corrections. Missing equipment, broken doors, etc. No response to service requests..

Building materials extremely poor quality: Sherwin Williams Paint: Final product isn't even of "primer" quality. All walls are not washable or scrubbable so they all need to be redone with high quality paint. Sherwin Williams paint stores said "Yeah that's our cheapest product". "Our exterior paint only lasts five years". Windows: Lawson brand: many issues. Their rep came out to fix issues and said "the windows you have are our cheapest we make". Cabinets: Very poor quality. Their rep who came out for an issue said "this is the same product you can get at Home Depot, just under a different label". Pool: Extremely poor quality. After two months the finish was cracked and pitted. The whole pool had to be drained and resurfaced Walls: No insulation in the walls. Not soundproof. Can hear everything from room to room No attention to detail: Whole project is rushed. Many, many issues throughout. Shower water line had hole in it that slowly leaked over time and flooded the bedroom. It was from the sheet rock contractor who put a screw through the line upon installation. The contractors are hard working but no attention to detail. Upon repairs under the "one year warranty", the contractors who repair an issue, make additional problems upon completion of their work. Was told by one of the renovation teams "Lennar has so many houses with roof issues from leaking, sure I will be seeing you during hurricane season". Frightening! Unfortunately the Lennar houses are rushed with low quality materials, no attention to detail and many issues. Would definitely not recommend ... More

Quality very poor. Workmanship very, very poor. Have had many major issues since moving in. The only positive in our situation is the responsiveness by the Customer Care team in addressing issues. Michael has been great.
