Horrible construction manager and 2 major leaks

On the day of closing the construction manager was very unprofessional and disrespectful. Decided to overlook this because I really wanted to move in into our new home. In less than one month the house had 2 major leaks that are still being repaired, the kitchen island is disassembled, and the master bathroom, living room and den walls are also being repaired. So in a nutshell.... Horrible buying experience and horrible construction. DO NOT RECOMMEND. It is not an isolated issue as I have talked to all my neighbors at Monterrey Waterside and everyone has had similar issues. You are welcome to ...

Came down to our new home to discover nothing was fixed as what needed to be done before move in. Worst workmanship ever. This is the 4 th new home we have moved into and there is always some problems to be fixed, but nothing like this, every single thing was a mess even the Foreman agreed. Would never recommend to bye any thing from this builder

Nice community, terrible builder, would not recommend at all. They refuse to stand behind their work. Every warranty claim is denied as cosmetic

Being a Real Estate Broker whom represent customers/clients with selling and buying pre-existing and new construction homes, I was very disappointed in the customer services provided. I was also disappointed with the cheap materials used to build the homes most importantly the workmanship. The work is not being completed by professionals. We had a total of 5-6 pre-closing walk throughs. Each walk took a minimum of two-three hours. The Home specialist was misleading in the sense that she was not informed on matters pertaining to our home. When asked questions she referred us to other departments in Lennar. Our closing was greatly delayed, our exception list was not finalized, our warranty tickets stayed open for weeks before the CV19 pandemic happened, now we sit uncertainly of knowing when they will address them or if they will address our issues. The construction manager and VP of construction were the worst. There were issues they refused to fix. I literally had tears buying this home because I knew it was not a quality home. I felt I had no choice because the lease was up on my rental and they already had a family moving in. This was supposed to be my forever home. No exaggeration this was the worst experience ever and I've been deployed and put in some crazy situations. Sales staff told us several thing where included-never happened. Just to list a few-Electrical plugs in living room floor, blind package included, hallway arches, kitchen cabinets molding, pre wired for pendent lights. Delivery date 5 month off, causing us to rent elsewhere. Permits not issued correctly- delaying home, builder made changes after construction started never reported to County. Roof trusses left in the mud and rain for over 2 months- result mold and several damaged trussed installed. Told me they would clean with bleach- can not clean a porous material-wood with bleach. The plumbers & painters they use are awful. Our foreman was wonderful, but if you had to go through the company for issues, things seemed to be pushed off. Craftmanship & finishes are very poor.
