The Preserve

The Preserve is founded upon the simple concept that driving should be an option, not a necessity. To that end, houses in The Preserve have been laid out in such a way that no part of a neighborhood is more than about a quarter mile from the center of the neighborhood. The Town Center will provide light shopping and small business space for residents. Excellent Hoover schools are just a short walk from there. Gracefully compact, The Preserve is designed so that all of the necessities and many of the amenities are but a walk away. The centerpiece of the neighborhood is the Village Green, an 8 acre park crowned with a Community Town Hall.
