Great neighborhood away from the traffic and noise of the nearby areas. One of the few remaining horse farms in the area is located at the subdivision's entrance. Shopping, restaurants, and interstate highway access are all close by. However, it is far enough enough to avoid traffic and congestion. It's also close to the Coast Guard station.
