Important Community Updates! We're blessed to have so many homeowners wanting to build with us! As a result, we're experiencing high demand and want to keep everyone informed. Our VIP list for Allen's Mill Phase II is up to 600 names and growing. If you end up not getting a homesite for some reason, please know we have more communities on the way. Allen's Mill Phase I is sold out, however, Phase II is planned for Spring 2022. Allen’s Mill is an outdoor sanctuary tucked away in Cave Springs with beautiful green space, a tranquil pond, neighborhood dog park, community pool, and playground. Featuring new floor plans with open layouts and classic style. It’s located on the corner of Rainbow Road and West Shores Avenue, which is between HWY 112 and I-49 and less than 10 minutes from the Promenade Mall. It’s part of the Bentonville school district and connected to the newly planned Mt. Hebron Park that will accommodate tennis, basketball, baseball, softball, and soccer. The park will also have a destination playground, pavilions, and a splash pad/ice rink for year-round enjoyment.
