Laveen Landing

This is a new community of Hillstone Homes and is scheduled to open in January 2017. Laveen Meadows is a 70 lot community located off 35th Avenue, just South of Baseline Road, in Phoenix, Arizona. It is directly across the street from the lakes at Caesar Chavez Regional Park, with the golf course just South of the lakes. The park offers abundant open space and grassy play areas, soccer, and baseball fields, all just across the street. Mom’s and Dad’s can take their children there to play, walk around the lake, and enjoy the large grassy areas. The site is strategically located 20 to 30 minutes from an abundance of job centers downtown, in the West valley and the Southeast valley. The community will have open space and a children’s play area. The lots are deeper than most affording a larger than normal back yard.
