Adora Timber Sky

Unlike anywhere you’ve lived, Timber Sky is located in one of only 11 dark skies communities in the world—a place to encounter the universe like never before. Part of Flagstaff’s Climate Action and Adaptation plan includes efforts to reduce transportation emissions by enhancing bike and pedestrian paths. In support of this effort, Adora sidewalks connect to trails throughout the community that lead directly into beautiful downtown Flagstaff. At Mandalay Homes, we pride ourselves on building energy-efficient, forward-thinking homes. Mandalay Homes’s in-house design team allows the integration of design objectives, value engineering, and energy performance modeling to produce a thoughtfully planned community that’s sustainable for different stages of family life.
