Golden Heritage has built a reputation for creating the greatest houses in the best locations throughout the years. They have built many neighborhoods and nearly 7,000 houses since 1963. In response to the ever-changing environment of residential real estate, Golden Heritage shifted its focus from bigger communities to smaller boutique communities and hand-crafted bespoke houses in 2012.
