Union Pacific features six great floor plans that all contain alley loaded garages. The West Line plan features a three car garage standard and four additional plans offer a three car optional garage. All plans have large private interior courtyards that be used for grilling, or other amenities such as water features and fire pits which can transform the courtyard into someplace special. The 2099 Coast Starlight has a master down configuration and is perfect for the empty nester. The Surfliner at 2400 square feet and the West Line at 2512 feet make these plans great for entertaining or can be optioned to accommodate large families.
