The Estate Series at Riverwalk provides home owners some much needed “elbow room”. These amazing single story, Ranch-style homes are built on oversized wide lots and come with the most up to date energy efficient construction, including SOLAR electric systems as a standard feature. The lots range from 87-110’ feet in width with the homes only taking up 66’ feet of that space. This means that home owners will find at least 21’ feet between every home.
