Arbor at Verrado in Phoenix’s West Valley, lies tucked in the shadows of the White Tank Mountains and in the heart of Verrado, a classic neighborhood of tree-lined streets and front porches. Just ten miles from the White Tank Mountain Regional Park, with horseback riding, hiking, stargazing, bicycling and spectacular sunsets. This neighborhood is located just two miles from I-10, a straight shot from downtown Phoenix, just 19 miles farther on. Neighbors enjoy Verrado’s nearby walkable Main Street district, alive with restaurants and shops, with golf close by and more than 75 neighborhood parks. Children are eligible to attend Verrado Heritage Elementary School, about a half-mile away, as well as Verrado Elementary, Verrado Middle, and Verrado High schools, all within two miles.
