Briarwood is the newest John Balfanz Homes neighborhood in Southwest Bakersfield. With brand, modern exterior elevations, the neighborhood is both sleek and homey. The three-floor plans are ranging from 1,643 to 2,120 square feet. This neighborhood is located just west of the intersection of Buena Vista and Harris Road. Some model homes are located along the road along Pennsinger and Giocondo.
