At this time, all community showings are by appointment only.Set at the base of Yosemite National Park, Fresno is a dynamic city full of things to do, while still maintaining a laid-back atmosphere. Our newest community, Dakota, sits at the center of it all. From the Fashion Fair Mall to the Fresno Chaffee Zoo to the airport, living here offers you close access to the city's most favored attractions and amenities. Additionally, this neighborhood is close to the local elementary, middle, and high schools. Dakota features five, one and two-story home designs with up to five bedrooms. Home exteriors feature our Spanish, Craftsman, and French architectural stylings. Spanish exteriors feature a classic California architecture style, while Craftsman embodies a warm ambiance accented by an appealing brick finish and French exteriors are emphasized with elegant stone detailing.
