Bonterra’s energy efficient homes, featuring Spanish, Craftsman and Modern Farmhouse styled exterior designs, create an inviting atmosphere of individuality. An all single-story neighborhood, Bonterra offers homes ranging from 1342 to 1788 square feet with 3 to 4 beds, an office option, and 2 baths.
