Welcome to Sunflower, our newest community located in Merced, California! Known as the “Gateway to Yosemite”. Merced is located just off the 99 freeway, the dominant north and south freeway in California. The University of California, Merced was ranked 152 out of 298 National Universities by the U.S. News and World Reports in 2016. Sunflower is zoned for the Merced City and Merced Union High School district as well as the nearby Merced Christian School. Sunflower is located in a promising area of Merced.
