Reflection

Reflection is a residential community in the heart of Silicon Valley. This Mountain View neighborhood is off of Rock Street near the Zen Center and is an easy commute to all major employment centers. These well-designed residences range in size from approximately 1,413 to 2,022 square feet, many of which have porches and/or decks besides the abundant open space found within the community itself. Consisting of just 19 homes with attached two-car garages, Reflection provides modern living on three-levels and offers both two and three bedroom floor plans with two and one-half to three and one-half bathrooms. The sales office and first Plan 1 model home are scheduled to open mid-April 2015 with a Plan 3 model to open by mid-May 2015. We are currently expecting to start releasing homes for sale in May 2015 and will release homes to Priority Homebuyers prior to the public, who have either provided us with proof of funds if making an all cash purchase or who have received a non-contingent “Pre-Approval” as outlined in our Sales Procedures. Please note that the homes will be starting in the high $1.1 million range.
