The District and The Axis at RiverPark

elacora at RiverPark includes two distinct, single-family neighborhoods. The planned community is located directly North of US Hwy. 101 in the seaside community of Oxnard, California. The homes are a short walk to The Collection Lifestyle Center. The Collection is a 650,000 sq. ft. lifestyle center that serves as a destination, open-air shopping center that serves Ventura, Santa Barbara and the eastern edges of Los Angeles Counties.
