Building in Paramount since 1989. Mike Ferrero was born and raised in Paramount. He began building homes here in 1989, before Gold Key Development existed. When he founded Gold Key in 1994, Paramount stayed the foundation. That is not a marketing line. It is the history behind every decision we make.
