Claremont Homes, Inc.
Buying a home is one of the most important decisions you will ever make. A home is a financial commitment, but more importantly, it is a place where lives are lived and memories are made. Irrespective of the type of family unit involved, every family buying a new home desires to live in a home that has been crafted with care and concern. They believe they understand what a family desires in a home buying experience, the home itself, and the customer care after the home is purchased, as they are a family business.
Claremont Homes, Inc. is a family-owned business building homes in California; two families started this business in 1986, and since then they have continued to seek to deliver homes to families which can be lived in and cherished. Claremont Homes, Inc. is now making a transition to the second generation of family members which continue to uphold our core values.
Claremont Homes, Inc. has attempted to uphold its three core values of honor, courage, and commitment. They attempt to do the right thing in honoring their homebuyers, subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, and the jurisdiction in which they build homes. They attempt to maintain the courage of conviction in building and delivering the best they are able, irrespective of how difficult this might be. Finally, they are committed to being personally involved in the building, sale, and delivery of our homes in respect to the responsibility they are given.
As you are buying a home from a family company, you are not buying from some faceless corporate entity located in a distant locale. Their family members and management put their character and professionalism “on the line” in providing a home from one family to another. They ask you to consider “Coming Home to Claremont.” They would hope you would be glad you did.
