Located right around the corner from Absinthe, 300 Ivy offers both the creative energy of one of San Francisco's most authentic neighborhoods and the signature design character of one of its leading architectural firms. From the outset, we've strived to make 300 Ivy as smart, stylish, and thoughtfully crafted as the Hayes Valley neighborhood that surrounds it. We always knew Hayes Valley offered unrivaled convenience thanks to a truly central location. But what really inspires us is the area's incredible attention to detail — the methodical brew of Ritual Roasters, the deliberate eclecticism of Gimme Shoes, the handmade approach of Fatted Calf Charcuterie, not to mention the world-class performances at the Ballet, Symphony, and new Jazz Center. People here like to do things right, and so do we. That's why we've collaborated with some of the best Bay Area talent in the development of 300 Ivy, including San Francisco's own David Baker + Partners, Architects. Each of 300 Ivy's 63 residences — including the studio, 1- and 2-bedroom homes, and the five townhouses fronting Ivy Street — exhibit the firm's signature design character. Thoughtful layouts and wide-planked oak floors are complemented by an exacting collection of finishes, including Bosch or Thermador appliances, Caesarstone counters, Studio Becker cabinetry, Kohler and Hans Grohe fixtures, and iconic Duravit sinks. On the roof, we've got an outdoor grill, seating and dining areas featuring a hand-built table by San Francisco's Ohio Designs, and a sun deck for entertaining and relaxing. There is also a lush landscaped courtyard, onsite car share pod, and racks for up to 68 bicycles. Our Sales Center, located on Gough at Grove, is now open every day except Thursday from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. and by appointment.
