BLU

BLU offers contemporary urban residences in the European tradition of quality materials and cutting-edge design at an intimate scale. The exterior experience of BLU is as meaningful as the interior. Slender and graceful, BLU is designed to integrate with its physical surroundings and reference nearby buildings - to join in conversation with the neighborhood rather than dominate it. A similar sense of scale and connection characterizes the interior. There are only six residences per floor. Open living spaces with floor-to-ceiling windows engage the ever-changing cityscape. Sky BLU, the penthouses, offer three floors of living area including individual solariums and roof decks.
