Mariposa

Mariposa is situated within the Tumble Rose master plan in Visalia, known as the "Gateway to the Sequoias”. Visalia has a rich architectural history including many buildings dating to the mid-late 1800s. Throughout the vibrant town center are many historic brick structures, charming Victorian homes, and the distinctive Fox Theater, which currently serves as a live venue for music and stage performances.
