The Good Project

Originally conceptualized as an energy efficient “green” community ten years ago, The Good Project is now coming to completion with 27 remaining homes. Just past the “I” Street Bridge in West Sacramento, this urban home community offers three floor plans to choose from ranging from 1,200 square feet to 1,900. Walking distance from the river, this community comes with a community park and active community garden. Each home has high end features included such as stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, and upgraded tile flooring. Buyers also have the option to customize certain aspects of the home such as flooring and countertops. There is a current HOA in place at $46 a month which covers all exterior maintenance.
