Goetzmann Custom Homes, Inc. specializes in custom home construction in Colorado Springs, CO. Kim Blehm of KB Designs, LLC has been chosen as our interior decorator by Goetzmann Custom Homes. Goetzmann Custom Homes is offering up to five hours of consulting time with Kim as an incentive. Over the years, her accomplishments have been rewarded with several prizes in both the Colorado Springs and Summit County Parades of Homes.

Building a new home is wonderful, but with so many possibilities, it can be scary for some. Kim has the talents and understanding to assist you in putting together design choices that will genuinely create your residence one-of-a-kind. Her purpose as an independent contractor is to assist you in making design selections and maximizing your budget.

You will not be forced into purchasing overpriced and needless upgrades. You have the option of spending whole five hours choosing countertops, having her attend your Color Selections, having her work on your lighting fixtures, or doing a little bit of everything. Her objective is to assist every customer in discovering their ideal home, complete with their particular style and at a reasonable price.
