High Point Master Planned

High Point is a master-planned community that will have a mix of housing that will bring generations together in a connected community setting. The community is designed with a series of smaller neighborhoods each planned to include a community amenity such as a park, trails or gathering place to bring residents together. High Point easily connects you to everything you want to do, everywhere you want to go and everyone you want to see. The community simultaneously provides you with a great place to work, live, learn, shop, play and stay. Intricately planned open spaces and 13 miles of proposed trails makes every foot of this extraordinary place pedestrian-friendly. Plus, you’ve never felt more connected to your neighbors than through the planned system of parks and trails serving as a connector to the entire neighborhood and personally connected through our ever-evolving community-wide programs and events. Whether you plan to live, work or visit High Point, you'll find there's plenty to do, see and enjoy — both indoors and outdoors. For starters, the 5-acre Grove Park boasts an expansive playing field with the occasional youth football game to be seen, a playground for the climbers, and is home to the Grove Pool & Cabana. In the future, the community has plans for a proposed Resident’s Club that will be the perfect place for even more community activities to bring neighbors and friends together. In fact, our community will offer more than 200 acres of planned parks and open spaces as well as 13 miles of proposed paths and trails that link homes and businesses to community centers, parks, transportation and other nearby amenities.
