Alvin's son Jeffrey Schwartz is now owner and president of JS Homes. With 35 years of experience and over 3,000 homes built, Jeff started as a laborer working his way up the ranks to develop an understanding of the building process and a healthy respect for the teams of skilled people behind each and every JS home. A graduate of the University of Delaware, Jeff also dedicates time and resources to building homes and towns for people in need throughout the world.
