Cannery Village/Duplex/Capstone Homes

Cannery Village is like no other community. This is luxury small town living. This is not a “cookie cutter” community. It starts with the feel of the community… almost urban, but decidedly more relaxed. Cannery is designed to be walked more than driven, and a short walk in the community gets you to numerous parks and vistas that you won’t find anywhere else. A longer walk reveals that Cannery Village is tucked into the historic coastal town of Milton, Delaware.
