Maronda Homes' Savannah Station is a new development of single-family homes in the Gainesville region. Savannah Station is a quaint affordable subdivision located on the south side of Alachua, minutes from the historic downtown district and restaurants, with fast east access on a scenic drive to Gainesville. Some of the amenities within Savannah Station include walking trails with workout stations, green space, a playground, park benches, sidewalks, street lights and underground utilities. There is a mandatory home owners association with fees currently at $75.00 per quarter. Maronda will be offering 9 floor plans ranging in size from 1900 square feet to 2900 square feet, giving our customers a variety from which to choose.
