Palm Coast Plantation

Palm Coast Plantation is a vibrant, active waterfront community on Floridas First Coast. This gated community of 634 homes sites is situated on the Intracoastal Waterway and has a 126-acre freshwater lake. This is an energetic community that offers two soft cushion courts, two hard surface courts, a basketball court, shuffleboard, horseshoe, pickle ball, and a playground. The junior-Olympic pool which overlooks the lake has also recently been renovated and includes a separate childrens pool and a heated spa. The clubhouse has a fitness room, game room, and the main social room with numerous committee-hosted events throughout the year. Fishing and boating are a big part of life in Palm Coast Plantation as freshwater Emerald lake is abundant with game fish. A community boat launch for Emerald lake is available.
