Prairiefire Villas

Prairiefire Villas will include 18 custom homes facing the Nicklaus Golf Club at LionsGate golf course and backing up to 137th Street near Nall Avenue. Lambie Custom Homes broke ground in mid November 2013 on the 58 acre development. With prices starting in the mid-$800,000s, the maintenance-free villas will average 4,500 square feet. Buyers may choose from plans the builder has already designed, or work with the builder to custom design a unique plan. Luxurious finishes and amenities will be the hallmark of these upscale villas. The 1.5 story plans will offer main level living with gourmet kitchens, beautiful outdoor living spaces including amenities such as fire pits with outdoor bar areas, and designer décor.
