Just minutes from Apollo Beach in highly sought-after Riverview, Ventana is a commuter's paradise, thanks to its location less than a mile from I-75 and adjacent to US-301. Just south of Tampa and the Brandon area, the community offers quick and convenient access to the area's major employers, delightful dining and entertainment, exceptional shopping, and—of course—the Gulf Coast beaches.
