Appointments are encouraged and walk-ins are welcome when available. The first hour of Tuesdays and Thursdays is dedicated for those who deem themselves most vulnerable to COVID-19. Beacon lake offers a curated collection of one and two-story single family homes nestled within 358 acres of nature preserve and complemented by a full array of resort-style amenities offering the best of St. Johns County living. Amenities include a 43-acre, paddle-friendly lake along with a graciously designed 8,200 sq. ft. Lake House Amenity and Fitness Center as the heart of Beacon Lake and home to fun and fitness activities for residents of all ages. Cool off in the Splash Park or junior Olympic pools. Play on the lakeside sand beach. Launch your paddleboard, kayak or canoe. Spin, practice yoga, lift weights and get your heart pumping in the fitness center. Learn to cook something new in the culinary studio and demonstration kitchen. And, there will be tennis courts, a crew house, boardwalk, fire pit, social room, multi-purpose playing field, an event lawn and more. Located between I-95 and US 1 on County Road 210, Beacon Lake provides easy access to work, great schools, shopping, entertainment and the beaches.
