RiverTown is a magnificent waterfront setting that makes the most of its prime St. Johns River location. The river club is a resort-style amenities facility with an infinity-edge pool, café, kayak launch, fitness center, tennis courts, playground, Dog Park, and waterfront amphitheater. And that's only the start.

RiverTown is a master-planned community that aims to bring residents closer to nature and one another. HighPointe, the new neighborhood, will feature charming streetscapes, parks, and an amenity center with views of stunning lakes, woodlands, and preserves. Residents can walk or bike miles of pathways and sidewalks to reach the St. Johns River's shoreline.

Tidewater Homes was founded in 2014 by three locals of Jacksonville, Florida, who have a combined expertise and experience in the home building and construction sectors of more than fifty years. As founders, they wanted to use their knowledge, experience, and beliefs learned throughout the course of their careers to build a company built on the ideals of honesty, quality, and excellent customer service. Every day, they work hard to make the home-building process joyful. They take great delight in building high-quality homes at Tidewater.

There are no exceptions: each home is created with the same care, skill, and attention to detail that we would put into the construction of their own homes. It is their hope that each of their new homeowners will be as proud of their new house as they are of building it and putting their brand on it. They are constantly looking for new and innovative solutions to enhance their houses so that they may provide the greatest home possible.
